This article guides internal DOE employees and contractors through the process of signing into Project Management Bridge (PMB) using your OneID account. Follow these steps to securely access and manage your applications within DOE and CEMI systems using your internal credentials.

STEP 1: Access PMB and Initiate Sign-In

  • Go to the Project Management Bridge home page.

  • Click Sign in located in the top right corner of the screen.

  • A pop-up screen will appear. Accept the General Terms of Use to proceed.


STEP 2: Choose Your Authentication Method with OneID

After clicking Authenticate with OneID, you'll be directed to the OneID landing page. As an internal DOE employee or contractor, follow these steps to authenticate.

Internal Users (DOE Employees/Contractors)

If you are a DOE employee or contractor, use your official credentials for a secure and direct sign-in experience.

  • Using a PIV Card: This is the preferred phishing-resistant method for CEMI users with a PIV card. Simply insert your PIV card when prompted during the OneID authentication process. Follow the on-screen instructions to verify your identity.

  • Using DOE PIV-D, OneKey, or EITS: If you use a Derived PIV (PIV-D), OneKey, or a DOE site account (EITS) because you don't have a PIV card, select the appropriate option. The system will guide you through using your specific credentials for authentication.


STEP 3: Connect Your Account to DOE

  • Once your identity is verified, you will be prompted to agree to share your information with the Department of Energy. Review the information.

  • Click Agree and continue to return to the CEMI Program Information Center and finalize the sign-in process.
