My Lab Project is linked to the wrong agreement in CPS and I need to update it.

Solution

Once a project's CPS agreement is automatically saved or approved, you cannot change it yourself in Lab Planning. CPS handles our budget and project records, and we need to keep everything accurate and consistent.

  1.  Contact us here
  2. Be sure to include the Project Title, Lab Planning ID, and the correct CPS Agreement.
  3. Submit the form.

Once you have submitted the help desk ticket, our team will start working on your request and notify you when it's fixed.
