This article walks you through the steps to create an account in the Merit Review Tool.


📌 Important: This Merit Review Tool is available in BETA mode.



Step 1: Start the Registration Process

  1. Go to the Merit Review Tool page.

  2. Click Sign In / Register button in the top right corner.


Step 2: On the pop-up screen, choose the action

🔹 IF NEW account,

  • On the bottom line of the pop-up "Don't have an account?"  Click the "Create One" button 

🔹 IF Account is already registered,

  • Enter Email Address and Password used to register.


Step 3: Enter Personal Information

  • Enter your First Name and Last Name.

  • The email should be your @ee.doe.gov address.  This will be come your username for future logins

  • Add a password, following the Password Requirements listed on the screen

  • Click "Create Account" button


Step 4:  What Happens Next

Your account will be created and you will be able to login to the Merit Review Tool and leverage the capability.
