Step-by-step guide - Create New Announcement From Existing Announcement
- Open EPIC in two Google Chrome browser tabs.
- In the first tab, open the existing, multi-topic announcement.
- In the second tab, create the new announcement. Note: only a user with the “EERE Project Lead” role
can create a new announcement. - View the data in the existing announcement and select the appropriate selections in the new
announcement. If data can be copied, copy and paste the relevant data from the existing announcement into the new announcement. - Upload any previously approved announcement documents with the status of “Approved” to the Document Library of the new announcement. For example, if the DAS already approved the Announcement Memo for the existing, multi-topic announcement in EPIC, upload the approved document to the new announcement’s Document Library.
