Once a project's CPS agreement is automatically saved or approved, you cannot change it yourself in Lab Planning. CPS handles our budget and project records, and we need to keep everything accurate and consistent.

1. Access the EERE Help Center for Lab Planning: https://eeresystemhelp.ee.doe.gov/servicedesk/customer/portal/6Contact us HERE
2. Fill out the form:
   • What do you need? * [Lab Planning]
   • Description* Clearly state the problem: "My Lab Planning project is linked to the wrong CPS agreement."
   • Be sure to include:
     • Project Title
     • LPID
     Provide your project details:
     • Project Title: [Your Project Title]
     • LPID: [Your LPID]
     • Add additional details or explanation.
   • Identify the incorrect CPS agreement:
     • Currently linked CPS Agreement Number: [Type the wrong number]
   Attachment: No file attachment is required

   If you choose to attach a file, use the "Drag and drop files, paste screenshots, or browse" option.
3. Submit the form.

After you submit the ticket, the Help Desk team will check it. If the CPS agreement is wrong, they will escalate the ticket to a developer. The developer will correct the CPS agreement link on our system's backend. You will get a message when it's fixed.
