DESCRIPTION

This article informs users affiliated with Industry, Academia, Non-Profit, Government or DOE Federally Funded Research and Development Centers (FFRDCs) on determining their AOR in Energy Program Information Center and SAM.gov and their registration status.

pushpin Before you can apply for opportunities, your account, if affiliated with an Industry, Non-Profit, Academia, Government, or FFRDC, needs approval from an Authorized Organizational Representative (AOR) or Account Administrator (AA). Your organization's AORs are the same individuals listed as your organization's Points of Contact (POCs) in SAM.gov. If you are with an FFRDC, your AORs are selected from a pre-determined list provided to the Energy Program Information Center. For more details, refer to the "Creating an Account Quick Guide" specific to your affiliation.

    • Registered Authorized Organization Representative: After you register, you can view your Industry, Academia, Non-Profit, or Government AOR on the "Submit Request" page under "Authorized Organization Representative." This section becomes visible once you have completed the account registration pages.
