DESCRIPTION

This article guides you through accessing and reviewing Quarterly Assessments for projects in PM Bridge, helping you monitor performance for your office or assigned projects.

Your Access to Quarterly Assessments

Your ability to view Quarterly Assessments depends on your role:

  • Office Admin or Office Project Editor: You can view all assessments for your office.
  • Assigned Project Member: If you are assigned to a project (excluding CO or GMS/CS roles), you can view its Quarterly Assessments.
  • All Other Roles: You will have view-only access.

pushpin If you believe your access is incorrect or too limited, contact your Office Admin or Office Project Editor. If they cannot assist, submit a help desk ticket by clicking the question mark in the upper right corner of PM Bridge.

STEP 1: View a Single Project's Assessments

  • Click on a project from your Project List to open its details.
  • In the right action panel, select the Quarterly Assessments tab.
  • Click the QA link to access the previous site for that project.
  • Review current Quarterly Assessments by Fiscal Year and Quarter.
  • You will see the project's Assessment Status and color-coded scores.

STEP 2: View Multiple Project's Assessments

  • From the PM Bridge Home Page, select Quarterly Assessments in the left navigation panel.
  • Choose My Projects to view projects assigned to you or use the All-Projects filter to select projects assigned to a specific Technology Office.
  • Select the Quarter you want to view. The system defaults to the most recently ended quarter; adjust this to view previous assessments.
  • Review the Active Projects that match your selected filters. You will see color-coded Assessment scores, including Previous Aggregate Health Score, Current Aggregate Health Score, Scope, Schedule, and Cost.

Review Health Indicator Scores

You can review assessments for single projects or multiple projects.

As you view them, pay attention to the color-coded Assessment scores (Current Aggregate Health Score, Scope, Schedule, Cost) and the Assessment Status.

Use Filters to Refine Your View

When you need to narrow down your view of projects, use the available filters. These filters help you quickly find specific projects based on various criteria.

Filter by Specific Identifiers

  • Filter by Prime Awardee Contract Identification (CID): Type the CID number directly into the filter field. The project list will automatically update to show only projects matching that CID.

  • Filter by Project Title: Type the project title into the filter field. The project list will narrow down to display only projects with that title.

    • Troubleshooting Tip: If your selected project doesn't appear, first verify that you are a member of the DOE team. If issues persist, return to the home page, search for the project, and access the quarterly assessment tab from there. If it still doesn't work, confirm your permissions and DOE team membership.

Refine Your View Using Dropdown Filters

Frequently Asked Questions

  1. How can I view assessments from previous quarters?
When viewing multiple projects' assessments from the PM Bridge Home Page, the default quarter displayed is the most recently ended one. To access assessments from previous quarters, you need to adjust the Quarter selection filter. Simply choose the specific quarter you wish to review from the available options.

  2. What if I cannot view any quarterly assessments for my projects?
Your ability to view quarterly assessments is tied to your role and assignment. If you are unable to see assessments, first verify your role. Only users with an approval role of Office Admin or Office Project Editor can view all assessments for their office. If you are assigned to a project (excluding CO or GMS/CS roles), you should be able to view its assessments. If your role does not permit viewing, or if you believe there's an error, contact your Office Admin or Office Project Editor. If they cannot resolve the issue, submit a helpdesk ticket via the question mark icon in PM Bridge.

  3. How do I clear the 'My Projects' button selection on the Quarterly Assessments left-side menu? The 'Clear All Filters' button at the bottom of the table only applies to filters within the main table view. To clear the 'My Projects' selection, you must choose a different program office from the menu and then navigate back to your intended program office. This action effectively deselects 'My Projects'.

  4. I'm trying to find a specific project that I'm assigned to, but it's not appearing when I click 'My Projects'. What should I do? First, ensure you are a member of the DOE team. If the project is still missing, try this workaround: return to the home page, use the search function to locate the project (e.g., EE0011697), and then access its quarterly assessment tab directly. This will allow you to view and work on the project even if it doesn't appear in the 'My Projects' filtered list.
