Left Panel

Utilize the Navigation Panel, located on the left side of the page, to directly access various sections of the PM Bridge system. To view sub-menu options, expand each section within the Navigation Panel: Home page, Project Management tools, Administrative controls, and External links. Expand or collapse the Navigation Panel by clicking the arrow (carats) in the upper right corner.

Home

The PM Bridge dashboard displays your Financial Assistance and Lab Projects, imported from STRIPES and Lab Planning. Expand or collapse the viewing panel by clicking the arrows (carats) to the left and right of the center panel.

Your "My Projects" tab displays projects assigned to you. By default, you see all projects you have access to. Select a project from the dashboard to view additional data.

Filter projects by Office or Status using the dropdown menus. Combine filters, such as selecting multiple offices and multiple statuses (In Planning, Award Not Made, Awarded - Not Active, Active, Under Negotiation, In Closeout). Additionally, within each column, you can refine your view by selecting or deselecting checkboxes for specific options, or by conducting a direct search. Clear these column-specific filters at any time via the column filter dropdown.

pushpin Your selected filters save until the end of the day. When you log in the next day, the system resets them to default. Add additional columns to the dashboard by selecting the table icon to the right of the grid.



The Action Panel

When you select a project from the dashboard, its Project Summary information appears by default in the Action Panel on the right.

The header, visible regardless of the tab you are viewing, consistently displays key project details: the project's Title, its current Status, and the Modification number, which refers to the versions of the project record.

This panel further organizes information and tasks into seven distinct tabs: Project Overview, Project Monitoring, Contacts, NEPA Requirements, Financials, Quarterly Assessments, and Project Documents
