This article guides you through accessing and reviewing Quarterly Assessments for projects in PM Bridge, helping you monitor performance for your office or assigned projects. |
Your ability to view Quarterly Assessments depends on your role:
|
You can review assessments for single projects or multiple projects.
As you view them, pay attention to the color-coded Assessment scores (Current Aggregate Health Score, Scope, Schedule, Cost) and the Assessment Status.
Filter projects by Office or Status using the dropdown menus. Combine filters, such as selecting multiple offices and multiple statuses (In Planning, Award Not Made, Awarded - Not Active, Active, Under Negotiation, In Closeout). Additionally, within each column, you can refine your view by selecting or deselecting checkboxes for specific options, or by conducting a direct search. Clear these column-specific filters at any time via the column filter dropdown.
How can I view assessments from previous quarters?
When viewing multiple projects' assessments from the PM Bridge Home Page, the default quarter displayed is the most recently ended one. To access assessments from previous quarters, you need to adjust the Quarter selection filter. Simply choose the specific quarter you wish to review from the available options.
What if I cannot view any quarterly assessments for my projects?
Your ability to view quarterly assessments is tied to your role and assignment. If you are unable to see assessments, first verify your role. Only users with an approval role of Office Admin or Office Project Editor can view all assessments for their office. If you are assigned to a project (excluding CO or GMS/CS roles), you should be able to view its assessments. If your role does not permit viewing, or if you believe there's an error, contact your Office Admin or Office Project Editor. If they cannot resolve the issue, submit a helpdesk ticket via the question mark icon in PM Bridge.
