Understand the Reorganization of Reporting SectionsThe Federal Assistance Reporting Checklist (FARC) reporting sections have been reorganized to better align with accountability and report submission frequency. This change helps clarify which reports are for technical project management and which are for award management. The new structure applies to all FA awards made or modified after March 1, 2022.

Where can I find my PII to verify it? You will be directed to your User Account Information within the PMC annually to verify your PII.
Does the FARC reorganization change what I need to report? While the sections are reorganized, the underlying reporting requirements, especially for STI and IP, remain in effect as reflected in your award's IP Provisions and Terms and Conditions.
Who needs to complete demographic reporting? PIs and Business Contacts for FA awards with project start dates after March 1, 2022, are required to complete it. Others are encouraged to do so.
How do I submit changes for participants or current/pending support? For awards made or modified after March 1, 2022, submit these as stand-alone reports to the PMC.
