The Project Management Center (PMC) 6.0 introduces important updates to help you manage and track project locations more effectively. This guide explains the new quarterly location verification process, ensuring your project data is accurate and up to date.

pushpin Accurate project location data is crucial for proper oversight and reporting. By verifying your project locations quarterly, you help ensure that all work being performed on your projects is correctly documented. This requirement applies to all current and pending projects.

STEP 1: Ensure Your Project Location List is Complete

  • Before you can verify locations, you must ensure that your project's location data includes all applicable addresses.
  • Review the existing list to confirm all work sites are present.
  • Add any missing addresses.

STEP 2: Verify Active and Inactive Project Locations

Once your project location list is accurate and complete, you can begin the verification process.

  • Review each location.
    • If a location is no longer active, mark it as 'Verified: Inactive'.
    • This action will remove it from future quarterly lists, streamlining your verification process.
