Currently, you can: View project portfolios: See an Office’s lab and financial assistance project portfolios. Apply project types: Assign project types (e.g., Research & Development, Demonstration, Education & Outreach) to your FA and Lab projects. Apply Work Breakdown Structure (WBS): Assign an Office’s Work Breakdown Structure to your FA Portfolio. Apply Corporate and Office Crosscuts: Apply Corporate Crosscuts to your FA Projects and Office Crosscuts to your Lab and FA Projects. Manage Office crosscuts: Easily manage your Office crosscuts. A: PM Bridge provides you with a high-level overview of corporate project data, including Project Title, Prime Recipient, Project Status, Project Start and End Dates, and DOE Team members. As a Contracting Officer or Grants Management Specialist, you can access PM Bridge to view the same project data as Technology Office staff on Financial Assistance projects.

A: No, PM Bridge currently supports only CMEI-funded Financial Assistance and Lab projects.

A: KMSO collaborates closely with a group of CMEI office representatives who form the PM Bridge Advisory Council. This council works with CMEI leadership to identify and refine the data and functionality for PM Bridge, ensuring it meets your needs. Q: What is the PM Bridge Advisory Council?
A: The PM Bridge Advisory Council supports user adoption through a designated advisory council representing all CMEI offices. The Council consists of volunteers from across CMEI Technology and Operations Offices, representing various roles and levels throughout the organization. The council meets monthly to: Provide feedback: Offer feedback on developed and proposed functionality and system usability through Beta Testing of system functionality. Liaise with offices: Connect with other individuals in their Offices for specialized assistance and feedback on system development. Champion change management: Advocate for, contribute to, and coordinate change management and adoption activities and messaging.
