This article gives background information on replying to reviewer comments post submissions. 

After submitting your application, CMEI reviewers will make comments accessible on the My Applications page.  

• The announcement document provides the anticipated timeframe when reviewer comments will be available, and applicants will be notified.
• Applicants will have at least three business days to formulate and submit a reply to those comments. This will give an opportunity to clarify any aspects of the application.
• Once accessing the comments from the My Applications page, the Applicant can view the comments from reviewers by the Review Criteria identified in the announcement document.
• Applicants can upload a document in response to those comments. After uploading the documents users must save and submit their responses.
• Upon submitting the replies to reviewer comments, applicants are invited to take the submission survey through a pop-up window.
