Follow these steps to update your email address in the OneID Phonebook:

  1. Verify Your Current OneID Phonebook Entry

    • Access the OneID Phonebook.

    • Enter your name in the search bar.

    • Review the email addresses listed. If your desired email is not the first one displayed, proceed to the next step.

  2. Login to Employee Self Service (ESS)

  3. Navigate to Email Addresses in ESS

    • Go to Personal Information > Locator Information > Email Addresses.

  4. Update Your Official DOE Email

    • Locate the field labeled "Official DOE Email."

    • Update this field with your correct DOE email address.

  5. Review and Submit Changes
