General Application Access provides users with unrestricted access to an application. Users with General Application Access may also grant General Application Access or Organization-Specific Access to other users. Organization-Specific Access grants access to the application’s Budget Justification that is associated with the specific organization. Users with Organization-Specific Access can also grant Organization-Specific Access to other users within their organization. |
From the dashboard, go to the Announcement menu and select My Applications
Located the application you would like to share and click Share Application Access

How do I share access to an application?
Answer: From the dashboard, go to the Announcement menu, select My Applications, located the desired application, and click Share Application Access.
How does a user get notified about shared application access?
Answer: After saving your sharing selections, click Send Invitation. The contact will then receive an email inviting them to register or log in to the EPIC to view the shared application.
