This article describes how the Grants Officer (GO) and FAO/Acquisition and Assistance Leadership can show Business Clearance Review is required and how the announcement team can see the requirement.
1. From the EPIC Dashboard, go to Announcement, and select Announcement Management.
2. On the Announcement Landing Page add the Business Clearance Review column to the grid by selecting the three horizontal lines on the top of any column and checking Business Clearance Review.
On the Publish Page
1. Go to the announcement title or action menu of the specified announcement and select Open Announcement.
2. In the announcement go to the Announcement Development tab, in the navigation wizard select Publish, Show Validation Warnings, and click Publication. The validation will trigger showing that a Final Business Clearance Review is required for publication.
3. To pass this validation, a document with the document type Business Clearance Review – NOFO must be uploaded as a final version in the Document Library.
