This article provides the steps to share an application with registered and un-registered system users from the My Applications page and within an application.

General Application Access VS. Organization- Specific Access

General Application Access provides users with unrestricted access to an application. Users with General Application Access may also grant General Application Access or Organization-Specific Access to other users.

Organization-Specific Access grants access to the application’s Budget Justification that is associated with the specific organization. Users with Organization-Specific Access can also grant Organization-Specific Access to other users within their organization.
