This article provides information for the general public to sign into the EERE Program Information Center with OneID.

OneID

Users who wish to edit, manage, or submit applications through any DOE or EERE system must first create an account in that system. Upon registration and signing in, you will be directed to the OneID Landing Page. OneID is the Department of Energy’s enterprise-wide multifactor authentication solution and is designed to give the user community an easier and secure way to access applications.

Sign in

  • From the system home page, click Sign in on the top right of the screen and Accept the General Terms of Use in the pop-up screen.

Sign in using OneID

  • Click either option to sign in: EERE, FFRDC, or NETL Staff or General Public. The information icon gives a description of each option available to sign in.
  • Authenticate with OneID.

EERE, FFRDC, or NETL Staff users:

  • On the OneID landing page, click one of the OneID authentication methods to continue.

General Public users:

  • Click Authenticate with OneID to be taken to the OneID landing page.
  • Select Login.gov to authenticate your account.
  • Sign in with your Login.gov account or create an account. When signing in, a one-time code is sent to the phone number registered to your account. Enter the code and click Submit.

Connect to DOE

  • When the verification process is complete, agree to share the information with the Department of Energy. Click Agree and continue to return to the EERE Program Information Center and continue the sign-in process.
