On the Publish Page
- Go to the announcement title or action menu of the specified announcement and select Open Announcement.
- In the announcement go to the Announcement Development tab, in the navigation wizard select Publish, Show Validation Warnings, and click Publication. The validation will trigger showing that a Final Business Clearance Review is required for publication.
- To pass this validation, a document with the document type Business Clearance Review – NOFO must be uploaded as a final version in the Document Library.
