1. From the EPIC dashboard, hover over the Announcement menu and select Manage Annual Announcement List.
2. Use the drop downs to filter for the Publication Year (e.g., 2022) and Technology Sector (e.g., Energy Efficiency). Note: The Joint Office of Energy and Transportation (JOET) office option is currently not available in the WBS drop-down, but can be seen in the table if you select All for WBS.
3. For each announcement, click the blue Action button next to an announcement and select Edit Details. 
4. The Edit Annual Announcement window appears. 
5.  Enter the federal funding approved by the DAS for this announcement (if known). 
6. Enter the date that EE-1 was briefed on the preliminary spend plan that contains the NOFO or Lab Call. If this announcement was not included in a spend plan briefing with EE-1, enter the date the DAS approved this 
   announcement to move forward (e.g., the date DAS encouraged the technology team to continue pursuing this concept). 
7. Click Save. All the information above will populate the corresponding fields of the announcement in EPIC.
8. Repeat steps 3-7 for all NOFOs and Lab Calls as spend plan briefing data becomes available.
9. When EE-1 concurs on a NOFO or Lab Call, KMSO will receive a notification from the Technology Office or from EE-1’s Chief of Staff. Upon receiving the signed Decision Memo or concurrence email, repeat steps 1-3 
   to access the Annual Announcement List and a specific announcement. 
10. The Edit Annual Announcement window appears.
11. In the EE-1 Full Briefing Date field, enter the date EE-1 concurred on the NOFO or Lab Call (date of Decision Memo signature or date of concurrence email).
12. Click Save. All the information above will populate the corresponding fields of the announcement in EPIC.
13. Repeat steps 9-12 for all NOFOs and Lab Calls as EE-1 concurrence data becomes available.
14. On the Manage Annual Announcement List page, select the Publication Year. 
15. Toggle Will new NOFOs require a Justification for FY 20XX? To Yes. This finalizes the Announcement List for the publication year. Any new announcements added in the selected Publication Year will require a justification for why they are being created.
