- If you are within an application and would like to share access, go to the top of the application screen and select Share Application Access.
- Select Add Contact and search for an existing EERE Program Information Center user or Add New for an unregistered user.
- Under the Shared Access column, indicated if you want the user to have the General Application Access or Organization-Specific Access.
- Note: General Application Access provides users with unrestricted access to an application. Organization-Specific Share will only give access to the portion of the application that is associated with that user's organization (i.e. Budget Justification).
- Once selected, click Save.
- If the contact is a new user, once you select Save, click on Send Invitation and the contact will receive an email to register in EERE Program Information Center and view the shared application.
