If you would like to share your application with users in addition to those in the Points of Contact page, you can provide access to your application via two pages: The My Applications page and within the actual application.
General Application Access VS. Organization- Specific Access
General Application Access provides users with unrestricted access to an application. Users with General Application Access may also grant General Application Access or Organization-Specific Access to other users.
Organization-Specific Accessgrants access to the application’s Budget Justification that is associated with the specific organization. Users with Organization-Specific Access can also grant Organization-Specific Access to other users within their organization.
